St. Andrew’s Catholic Primary School Share Amazing News!

St. Andrew’s has officially ranked at Number 4 in The Sunday Times Top 500 Primary Schools 2024 list. [Source: The Sunday Times, April 2024]

There over 16,000 primary schools in England, and St. Andrew’s are proud that the achievements of the pupils at the end of Year 6, as well as the efforts of the staff, parents, governors and the whole school community, has ranked the school within elite company.

Across England, the proportion of pupils meeting the expected standard has fallen from 65 per cent to 60 per cent over the course of the pandemic.

However, at St Andrew’s, an incredible 93% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading, Writing and Maths combined, with our pupils scoring some amazing results to contribute to this.

This is an exceptional achievement for everyone in our community and we are immensely proud of our pupils, staff, parents and governors.
