St. Ethelbert’s Catholic Primary School’s Reception Class started full time from Friday 6th September after two days of part time and they have settled incredibly well! In Reception Class each term they base their learning around a topic. This term, their topic is called ‘Marvellous Me’ and they have been learning about each other, their similarities and differences, their families and how to be a good friend. This has linked well with the children learning about the school values of ‘Thoughtfulness, Knowledge and Inclusion’. The children have been showing kindness, teamwork and learning and demonstrating a range of skills, including taking part in our onsite Forest School. Well done Reception Class, an amazing start to the school year!
