We are looking for someone who:
- Has the skills to meet the needs of individuals, raise standards and facilitate effective transition from the EYFS to the National Curriculum
- Has the capacity to lead other staff in one or more aspect of our curriculum provision
- Will share our school vision and demonstrate commitment to our continued school improvement drive
- Will work closely with colleagues, governors, parents and the wider school community.
- Is a practising Catholic or is supportive of the Catholic dimension of our community.

St Francis is a popular, inclusive, well- equipped primary school serving a wide Catholic community in Maidstone and beyond. We are a large two form entry school with over 420 pupils on roll. The school is housed in a modern building which includes an open plan library. All classes are well resourced and have promethean boards and visualisers.
