As part of our service to new headteachers, we lead an induction programme which provides information and guidance on issues that heads deal with day-to-day and an opportunity to network with other newly established heads. We appoint a mentor for them, someone who has successful experience of leading a school in the diocese, to support them on their journey. This ensures our heads feel supported but also makes sure the high standards in our schools are maintained because of continuous high-quality leadership.
This year our programme will comprise of seven sessions over the year.
