Leading on Religious Education and Collective Worship in the Catholic primary school is integral to the school’s Catholic Mission and while ultimately rewarding, it can also be daunting to those new to the role.
Day one of this three day course will support those who have been recently been appointed to the role, to develop the skills necessary to lead these areas.
The morning session will be an in-depth look at the role of the RE and Collective Worship Lead this will include monitoring cycles.
The afternoon session will be dedicated to understanding the Religious Education Curriculum and how to take the lead on prayer and liturgy across the school.
