Year one from St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School walked to Southborough library as part of National Geography fieldwork week. They had a wonderful time but saw lots of things they didn’t like in their local area.
Pupils looked closely at the surrounding areas, took photos and wrote a letter to their local council. The children drew maps of the walk and thought about what they liked and what could be improved in the area. they had a lovely time reading books in their local library.
